My introduction to this wonderful breed was in 1994 with a very eager pleasing yellow lab named First Mate Eli. Eli has since passed on over the raibow bridge, but deepend my love and respect for this great breed. Eli's good looks also sparked an interest in showing for my oldest son Max an myself. Though my highschooler has gone off to do teenage life my youngest Wil and Kia have found interest in shoing Pee Wee and Juniors and tremedous help in the Whelping box, I began actively showing and breeding these dogs that I love so much in 1998 when my first show girl, Int CH Sunnydaze Midnight Challenge CD WC came to us from my good friend Linda Squires of Sunnydaze Labradors.
I test my dogs daily with my kids, work them in the field, show
them in the obedience and breed ring and love them endlessly. On this road
I have been fortunate to meet a great group of people in the Puget
Sound Labrador Retriever Association who actively love and test their
labradors daily. One could not have asked for a better group of folks to be
associated and show dogs with.
